Financial Assistance And Benefits
  • Pension: A monthly pension of ₹3,000 is available after age 60, with an annual increase of ₹300 for every year of membership beyond five years. A family pension is also provided upon the pensioner's death.
  • Death: ₹1,00,000 is provided for natural death and ₹1,00,000 for permanent disability.
  • Disability: A monthly disability pension of ₹3,000 is provided, along with an exgratia payment of ₹1,00,000 for permanent disability.
  • Maternity: Benefits are available for women, such as ₹30,000 for each of up to two children.
  • Marriage: Financial assistance of ₹51,000 for female members and daughters, and ₹35,000 for male members and sons, is provided to eligible workers.
  • Education: A monthly scholarship of ₹500 is available for children in classes 1 to 8.
  • Tools: A loan of up to ₹20,000 is available for purchasing work tools, and a grant of ₹5,000 can be received once every five years for the same.
Health And Medical Benefits
  • Medical Assistance: Up to ₹10,000 is provided for hospitalization of five or more days due to an accident or illness.
  • Funeral Assistance: ₹10,000 is provided for funeral expenses.
  • Accidental/Injury Support: Financial assistance is provided for injuries and accidents sustained during work.
Other Benefits
  • Housing: A loan of up to ₹3,00,000 can be provided for the purchase or construction of a house, with eligibility based on the remaining years until 60 years of age.
  • Transport: A monthly pass of ₹2,400 is provided for travel in non-AC DTC buses.
  • Vocational Training: Assistance is provided for vocational training to enhance skills.
  • Legal Protection: The card serves as a form of legal protection against unfair labor practices and exploitation.
